What to include
For a bug, the file that triggered it beats any description — attach the SVG (or the PNG you were tracing) and say which tool you were in and what you expected to happen. If the file is confidential, say so and describe its structure instead: roughly how big, exported from which application, and what the tool did or refused to do. Browser name and version help with anything that looks like a rendering or clipboard problem, because every tool here runs inside your browser rather than on a server.
For a feature request, the most useful thing is the job you were trying to finish, not the control you expected to find — half of the tools on this site exist because someone described a stuck moment in an email.
A note on privacy
Files you open in the tools are never uploaded, so no message to this inbox is ever needed to have work deleted from a server — there is nothing on a server to delete. Questions about analytics, advertising cookies or anything else in the privacy policy go to the same address.
